- Now Crossroads is easier to shop. You'll find all of our vehicles grouped together by size. New and pre-owned vehicles are mixed together so as you look at something you can focus on what you like and not whether it's new or pre-owned.
- Every vehicle in stock will have the price clearly printed on the window stickers: new vehicles will have MSRP and pre-owned vehicles will show the Crossroads Cares pricing. We try hard to keep our prices in line with the current market. You'll find that most of our vehicles are priced below the Kelley Blue Book retail value printed on the stickers. What is the Kelley Blue Book value and how is it calculated? Ask one of our knowledgable salespeople to book out a vehicle for you. Kelley Blue Book is the most accurate tool consumers have available to them for evaluating what a vehicle should be worth. Dealers also use Black Book which is based on weekly auction values, and banks use NADA book values even though these tend to be least accurate for market pricing because the numbers are calculated only every quarter.
- We have lots of different financing options available for you and even buy here pay here options for customers concerned about their credit.
- Consider Crossroads Frankfort's car factory - if you don't see it on our lot just let us know what you're looking for and how soon you're trying to find it and we'll have one of our buyers look for the vehicle for you.
- What you won't find in our inventory - no cars with flood or frame damage! We also provide a free CARFAX vehicle history with our vehicles. We'll gladly give you the previous owners name and number and show you what we did to the vehicle in our service department.
- We now have a 7 day exchange program so if you're unhappy with what you purchased call your salesperson or manager and let us know how we can make you happy with your vehicle.
- EVERY vehicle in our inventory now comes with some type of warranty and most of the vehicles we have in stock are eligible for warranty coverage upgrades. No matter what shape a vehicle is in when it's delivered - all cars are machines and they do break.
- Not currently looking to buy a vehicle right now? Sell us your car even though you didn't buy from us! Professional appraisals at our place or yours - get your check the same day if it's before three on a weekday.
- We try hard to throughly recondition every vehicle in inventory. Sometimes a vehicle is awaiting a service from a vendor that only comes one day a week. If you see something on a vehicle you're interested in but are concerned about some issue please let us know and we'll let you know whether it's been scheduled to have that repaired or not already.
